Dinamo Zagreb currently ply their trade in the Croatian HNL division and find themselves top of the pile at the moment with 19 points from seven matches and are a point clear of second placed Slaven Koprivnica.

Zagreb booked their place in the Group Stages of the Champions League with a 3-1 aggregate win over Slovenian side Maribor.

The first leg ended 2-1 in Zagreb’s favour with Duje Cop and Milan Badelj grabbing the goals, while Tonel fired home the only goal of the second leg to secure the victory and qualification into Europe’s elite competition.

It has not been all plain sailing for Zagreb as they entered this competition at the second qualifying stage and have managed to overcome the likes of Ludogorets and Sheriff as well as Maribor to reach this stage.

Porto are members of the Liga Sagres in Portugal and they have had a decent start to their new campaign as they are joint top of the ladder with Benfica having won two and drawn one of their first three matches.

Porto have yet to play a single game in the Champions League this season having won the Liga Sagres last season meant they automatically qualified for the Group Stages.

The other two teams in this Group are French giants Paris St Germain and Ukraine outfit Dynamo Kiev.

Match betting for this opening Group A clash sees Porto as the clear favourites at 10/11 with Bet365, while Dinamo Zagreb are on offer at 16/5. The draw is available at 23/10.

These two have never met in a competitive game before and Bet365 are offer odds of 7/1 that Porto take the spoils with a 2-0 away victory.
